This Privacy Policy explains how CarrierAlly (carrierally.com), operated by JJLM Dispatch Business Support Services, collects, uses, and protects the personal information you provide when using our freight dispatching services.

   


1. Information We Collect: We collect information you voluntarily provide when signing up for our services, including:

     

Identity Information: Full name, company name (if applicable)

Contact Information: Email address, phone number

Business Information: MC number, truck type, preferred lanes, operating authority      documentation

Financial Information: Gross revenue figures used for billing purposes (5% service fee calculation)

Usage Data: Pages visited, form submissions, and interaction data on carrierally.com        


2.  How We Use Your Information: We use the information collected for the following purposes


To provide and manage freight dispatching services on your behalf

To communicate load opportunities, updates, and service-related notifications

To calculate and process service fees after the 14-day free trial period

To negotiate with freight brokers and load boards on your behalf

To verify your operating authority and MC number with relevant parties

To improve our services and website performance

To comply with applicable laws and regulations

         

3. How We Share Your Information: We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances


Freight Brokers & Load Boards: We share necessary carrier information (MC number, truck type, contact details) with brokers and load boards as part of the dispatching process, with your implicit consent by engaging our services.


Service Providers: Third-party tools used to operate our business (e.g., tracking platforms like Macropoint) may receive necessary data to perform their functions.        


Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority.


Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, sale, or acquisition, your data may be transferred to the new entity under the same privacy protections. 


SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties, excluding aggregators and text messaging providers. 


4. Data Retention: We retain your personal information for as long as you remain an active client. After termination of services, we retain your data for up to12 months for record-keeping and compliance purposes, after which it is securely deleted.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using CarrierAlly's dispatching services. By signing up or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Carrier") and JJLM Dispatch Business Support Services, operating as CarrierAlly.



1. Acceptance of Terms: By submitting a sign-up form, engaging our dispatching services, or continuing to use CarrierAlly after the free trial period, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.


2. Services Provided: CarrierAlly provides freight dispatching services to owner-operators and small fleet carriers, including but not limited to:


        Load searching via DAT and other load boards

        Broker rate negotiation on behalf of the carrier

        Load booking and confirmation coordination

        Macropoint check-calls and real-time load tracking

        Full dispatch cycle management for flatbed hotshot and 26ft box truck operations


CarrierAlly acts as a dispatch agent only and is not a freight broker, motor carrier, or party to any freight contract between you and a broker or shipper.


3. Free Trial Period: New carriers are eligible for a 14-day free trial of CarrierAlly's dispatching services. During the trial:

      

        No fees are charged for any loads dispatched

        No credit card or payment information is required to begin

        Full dispatching services are provided at no cost

        The trial begins on the date your onboarding is completed and services commence.


The free trial is available once per carrier (per MC number). Duplicate accounts created to extend the trial are prohibited and may result in immediate termination of service.


4. Fees & Payment: After the 14-day free trial, if you choose to continue using CarrierAlly, the following fee structure applies Service Fee: 5% of gross revenue per load dispatched by CarrierAlly. This fee is calculated based on the gross load rate confirmed at the time of booking.


        Fees are invoiced on a per-load or weekly basis as agreed during onboarding

        Payment is due within <strong>7 days</strong> of invoice issuance

        Late payments may result in suspension of dispatching services

        No flat monthly fees, setup fees, or hidden charges apply

        Loads you source independently and do not involve CarrierAlly are not subject to the    service fee   

     

5. Carrier Responsibilities: As a carrier using CarrierAlly's services, you agree to:

      

        Maintain a valid and active MC number and operating authority at all times

        Carry all legally required insurance coverages (cargo, liability, etc.)

        Provide accurate and up-to-date information about your equipment and availability

        Honor load commitments made by CarrierAlly on your behalf once confirmed

        Communicate promptly regarding load acceptance, delays, or issues

        Report gross revenue accurately for proper fee calculation

        Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations    


6. Dispatcher Responsibilities: CarrierAlly commits to

      

Acting in good faith to find loads that match your truck type, preferred lanes, and rate expectations.


        Negotiating rates with brokers to maximize your revenue per mile

        Communicating load details clearly before confirming any booking

        Obtaining your approval before accepting a load on your behalf

        Handling tracking and check-calls professionally and on time

        Maintaining confidentiality of your business and personal information


CarrierAlly does not guarantee a minimum number of loads, minimum revenue, or specific lanes, as these are subject to market availability.


7. Cancellation Policy: Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time with no penalty.


Carriers may cancel at any time by notifying CarrierAlly in writing via email No cancellation fees or early termination penalties apply.


Any outstanding fees owed for loads already dispatched remain due upon cancellation.


CarrierAlly reserves the right to terminate service immediately for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or fraudulent activity


8. Limitation of Liability: CarrierAlly acts solely as a dispatch agent. We are not liable for:


        Accidents, cargo damage, or losses occurring during transit

        Broker non-payment or chargebacks

        Load cancellations or rate reductions after booking

        Delays caused by weather, traffic, or mechanical issues

        Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services

      

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to CarrierAlly in the 30 days preceding the claim.


9. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CarrierAlly and JJLM Dispatch Business Support Services from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of our services, your operation of your vehicle, or your violation of these Terms


10. Intellectual Property: All content on carrierally.com  including the CarrierAlly name, logo, website design, and written content  is the property of JJLM Dispatch Business Support Services. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

11. Governing Law: These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.


12. Changes to Terms: CarrierAlly reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active clients of material changes.
